The American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) is seeking to hire a Member Services and Marketing Officer for its Albuquerque, NM based national non-profit headquarters office, www.aises.org. This full-time position reports to the Membership Services and Events Director.
The Member Services and Marketing Officer develops and implements comprehensive integrated marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for membership, meetings and products, to increase member awareness of benefits, value and increase member engagement and overall public awareness. The position is responsible for the implementation of all daily membership and marketing activities including conducting market research, building outreach strategies, creating effective and consistent messaging, images, campaigns and collateral materials to sustain brand image across all materials and events. The position is also a key participant in annual planning; implementing and evaluating annual membership and marketing goals/objectives within that plan.
Qualifications:

Minimum of BA/BS, Master’s degree preferred

Two years’ experience in a similar role and capacity

Four years’ experience in non-profit or association sector

Experience in market research and analysis, identify trends in education and career development

Experience in branding, messaging to meet organizational goals

Experience with coordination of printed materials – design, proofing, printing and mailing

Experience with budget development and report writing

Operation of computer and computer programs to include MS Office Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint& Access),other databases, .html and software.

Joomla and/or other Content Management Software experience preferred
